HDFC Life Insurance Q4 Result: Date, Dividend, Earnings Schedule And All You Need To Know (2025)

HDFC Life Insurance Co. will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter on April 17. In an exchange filing, the company said its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday for approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year-ending Mar. 31, 2025.

Further, the board will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for FY25. The board will also consider the formulation of the Employee Stock Option Scheme, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, HDFC Life Insurance Co. said in an exchange filing.

As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015,the trading window to deal in securities of the company will be closed from April 1 to April 19 for the Promoter, Designated Employees, Directors, and their immediate relatives.

HDFC Life Insurance Company’s net profit increased by 15% to Rs 421.31 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 367.54 crore in the third quarter of FY24. Its net premium income rose by 10% to Rs 16,832 crore in the third quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 15,273 crore in the same period last year. Net commission stood at Rs 1,934 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to Rs 1,247 crore in Q3 FY24.
